The following Terms and Conditions outline the policies and rules for students, staff, and stakeholders of New Sainik College of Education. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our facilities, or engaging in activities related to the institution, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.


1. General Conduct

  1. All students, staff, and visitors are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor within the college premises.
  2. Any act of indiscipline, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in disciplinary action as per the institution’s guidelines.
  3. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden within the campus premises.

2. Admission and Enrollment

  1. Admission to any course is based on eligibility criteria set forth by the affiliating bodies (Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and SCERT Lucknow).
  2. Admission is granted only after verification of all required documents, including educational qualifications, identification proof, and other necessary certifications.
  3. Fees must be paid within the prescribed timeline to confirm enrollment. Non-payment of fees may result in cancellation of admission.
  4. The institution reserves the right to deny admission to candidates who fail to meet the eligibility or conduct requirements.

3. Fee Structure and Payment Policies

  1. All fees (tuition, examination, and other charges) are non-refundable except as stated in the refund policy below.
  2. Payment of fees must be completed on or before the due dates mentioned in the admission or academic calendar. Late payments may incur a penalty.
  3. Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in the following cases:
    • Admission cancellation within the refund period.
    • Course discontinuation by the institution.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate supporting documents.

4. Attendance and Academic Requirements

  1. A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for all students in every course, as required by the affiliating authorities.
  2. Students must adhere to deadlines for assignments, projects, and other academic submissions. Late submissions may affect grades.
  3. Participation in internships, practical sessions, and co-curricular activities is mandatory as per the course requirements.

5. Use of Facilities

  1. All students and staff are entitled to use the facilities provided by the institution, such as the library, labs, medical services, playground, and seminar halls, following the rules and schedules set by the institution.
  2. Any damage caused to the institution’s property due to negligence or misuse will result in penalties and may lead to further disciplinary action.
  3. Unauthorized use of college facilities for personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Examination and Evaluation

  1. Students must follow all rules and regulations set by the institution and affiliating authorities during examinations. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in strict penalties, including disqualification from the examination.
  2. Results declared by the institution or affiliating bodies will be final and binding. Queries or discrepancies must be reported within the prescribed time frame.

7. Code of Conduct for Digital Platforms

  1. All online platforms provided by the college (email, learning portals, or social media groups) must be used solely for academic or institutional purposes.
  2. Sharing inappropriate content, hacking, or misuse of digital resources will lead to immediate suspension or legal action.

8. Privacy Policy

  1. The institution respects the privacy of all individuals and ensures the confidentiality of personal information shared during the admission process or while availing of institutional services.
  2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the individual, except as required by law or for academic purposes.

9. Cancellation and Termination

  1. The institution reserves the right to cancel a student’s admission, terminate employment, or deny services if any of the terms and conditions are violated.
  2. Any individual found involved in illegal or unethical activities will face immediate expulsion and possible legal action.

10. Grievance Redressal

  1. Students and staff may report grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal issues to the grievance redressal committee.
  2. Complaints must be submitted in writing or via the official grievance portal. The committee will address the issue promptly and fairly.

11. Liability Disclaimer

  1. The institution is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the campus.
  2. Participation in sports, extracurricular activities, and internships is voluntary, and the institution is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during such activities.

12. Amendments

  1. The institution reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  2. Updates to the terms will be communicated via the official website or notice boards, and it is the responsibility of students and staff to stay informed.
